Can someone describe the ride to me? Also, is it likely to induce motion sickness?
Thanks :D

It is a motion simulator. You sit in a "car" that seats 4 people and you watch a movie on a large screen. The seats move according to what's happening in the movie. It does jerk back and forth and is bumpy at times. Yes, you can get motion sickness on the ride. But they do have stationary seats which you can request.

OH LORD.......... this ride.......... well my ds wanted to ride it, so we did the first time in the "car", it does jerk you around a bit, but it's fun.......... however, my little one did NOT like it........ but he "loved" the movie.......... so we rode on the stationary seats, literally about 25 times in a row!!! I got motion sick from that........ LOL
It is a cute ride, and fun.......... I don't think it'll make you "sick"!

I didn't like it. IMO - it was jerky, I wasn't impressed with the visuals and I thought it would never end. It made me a little sick but not too bad.

Surely not a patch on Back to the Future though?

I like this ride a lot, but I do feel a little sick on it for some reason. I'm fine on Spiderman, BTTF, MIB, Cat in the Hat, etc, but Neutron makes me feel a little sick. It passes by the time the rides is over, though.

I personally feel that in a way Jimmy Neutron is rougher than BTTF...maybe because BTTF is more closed in, so you don't have as much area to bounce around in? I don't get sick on this ride, but some of the movements (not all, just a few are pretty rough, You should see me during the very end. EEK!

I have to admit that I preferred the Hanna Barbara ride to this one.

This is an interesting point. My (completely unscientific) theory is that with motion simulators the chances of motion sickness are directly related to how well the ride matches what you are seeing to what you are experiencing.
BTTF does an EXCELLENT job of that. The new Jimmy Neutron ride is less successful at this than the Hanna-Barbera Ride it replaced.
I also think that how closed in you are makes a difference. The worst (IMHO) are the "big box" simulators like "Body Wars" and "Star Tours." Because Jimmy Neutron is in a large theater, this is les of an issue.
