I need help with airline tickets.

OK, like many of you, I have a SW Airlines gift cert. SW is now booking my travel times. We are flexible, can leave as early as 11-24 but must leave by 11-27 from OKC. We need to return 12-2 or could maybe stay till 12-3. I have my credit card and have went to check out prices at the SW site. $1035 was the amount shown. Does this seem right? It says that I can't use a ticketless online with my certificate. I have NEVER bought tickets in my entire life and don't know the first thing about it, how to get the best tickets/price. Any travel smart experts out there want to give me a hand? Thaks. Gerri

Often they can match the airfares on the net. Not always, but often.
As to the total you saw, you failed to mention how many in your party and what you booked and where you are flying from.

There are three of us leaving from OKC. I found a cheaper rate on Expedia. It is one of the best fare discounts, but I'm not familier with that either. Gerri

usair will let you book online and then go to the tkt cntr or a city tkt office to exchange your voucher/certificate in for the tkt. but then again it also depends on the voucher/certificate restrictions and the restrictions of the websight as well.
