PS for evening after Backstage Magic Tour?

DH and I will be taking the 7 hr. Backstage Magic Tour on May 4. I know that lunch is included, but don't know which restaurant or the type of food. We will not be going back into the parks that day. Will we be hungry enough to want a sit down dinner that night? Should I make a PS at a resort or DD for that night?

When DH and I did this tour in 2000 the lunch was at Mama Melrose and it was kinda like buffet style only they brought the food to the table, sorry don't remember what we had to eat.
As for dinner later that night how about Rainforest Cafe at DD.
