Question about early magic hour

It has been a few years since we have been in Disney at such a busy time so we are considering doing Early Magic Hour this time
Does anyone know if Epcot opens as Early Magic Hour on Saturday?
I thought I read it did somewhere but now can't find it.
Also the time posted as hour of operation on the park web sites does not include that extra hour correct In other worlds when the hours of operation are listed as 8am with EMH they really open at 7am - am I reading this right

Saturdays are Extra Magic Hour at the Studios, not Epcot. Epcot is on Wednesday.

Sunday - Magic Kingdom
Monday - Disney's Animal Kingdom
Tuesday - Disney-MGM Studios
Wednesday - Epcot
Thursday - Magic Kingdom
Friday - Disney's Animal Kingdom
Saturday - Disney-MGM Studios

And yes, your thinking is right ... generally. When the park opening is listed as 9am, then EMH begins at 8am. When park opening is listed as 8am, then EMH begins at 7am UNLESS it's a holiday weekend or some other special event, in which case there may not be an EMH and all parks might open early (like on Easter).

You're right, the posted hours do not factor this extra hour in. For good measure we arrive 15 -20 mins. earlier than the hour as sometimes you're let into the park before the EMH hour begins and the crowd gathers at a roped off area closer to the rides. 'Rope Drop' then occurs on the hour.
