Okay, now I have an awful TRAVEL HEADACHE!!!! I am holding SWA Gift Certificates, SO... I wanted to use them for our December trip... Our Dates are December 2nd-14th.....

Should I just wait until they release dates through the 14th? or should I book the unrestricted fare coming home? That means, that for four of us, I'd have to use the 600 in GC's & ANOTHER 600 of our own cash...

Will these fares go on sale at all?

These fares will be extended sometime in the future.. probably somewhere around mid-August though...

My problem is, they've opened up my departure date, but not my return... if I wait for the return date to open up, the departure date might sell out...

That is a tough situation! I was just talking to a friend of mine who has an internet travel agency and he told me that he could get me something under $150, including everything, from DCA. I'm skeptical, but we'll see. I mentioned waiting for Southwest to open up my dates and he said they go so quickly that would be a risk. But, I'm traveling closer to Christmas than you are. I'm really anxious and just want to get it booked.

Thanks so much. I just hopped over and booked my travel for November 23 and December 2!!!!! I was worried about trying to travel the day after Thanksgiving! Glad I got there quick!
