Anyone have any info on what time the campfire will start the last week of September? Also, what time the movie over there will begin?

The program starts at 7:00 and the movie starts around 7:45-8:00 or so. Get there early to get a good seat on the benches!

Is it possible to take a stroller to the campfire? I was thinking that my 1 year old could go to sleep during the movie and be comfortable in her stroller. Could we sit on the bench right next to the stroller or even on the ground next to it? We will be staying at the campground so we could walk back to our camper after and put her directly to bed? Is this a plan that will work?:D

Sure, you can take a stroller to the campfire. However, the ground there is covered with pea gravel so the pushing is a little hard. If there are two of you, no problem.

Have fun!

Would the times above be the same for the last week in October/the first week in November? FWIW, I think that's the weekend the time changes.

Thanks!

Thanks, We4mickey! I've got my fingers crossed that we're as lucky as you weather-wise. I thought we'd do dinner at Whispering Canyon and then the campfire. Is it hard to get to the campfire from WC?

The "Boone" bus will take you to the campfire area from Wilderness Lodge. Get off at the 1500 loop (Meadows area).

There is also a boat from WL to FW, but you will have to walk the remaining half mile to the campfire, or catch the "Boone" or "Crockett" bus within the campground.

Thanks, Master Gracey! I'm copying and pasting like crazy so I can take your directions with me. You pros make it all sound so easy. I hope it **is** easy once we get there!

Thanks again!
