The 50 points for Max yesterday had not been credited to my account. My DH and my mom also checked their accounts and they had not received the 50 points either.

I noticed I haven't been getting the points for click the splash thing as well. How much is it daily anyway? I click all of them. this annoys me!

I did not get any points for 6/27 including the emails. I guess we have to give it 24 hours. MYPoints is based in the West coast I believe.... Anyone else ?

but I also can't get my Max points today or the splash entry either...hmmm!

TinkerbellRules--the splash thing is for entries into their drawing-they do no give points fot this--just entries-HTH!

It looks like the 50 points and emails from the other day have credited, but nothing from yesterday yet.

i an currently trying to prove that they owe me 550 points from an email ad to half.com. i have not been getting points from max either.:mad:

As far as I know you don't get any points from splash entry. It is just a daily entry to their contest! HTH

I had problems too, but I just emailed them the days I believed they owed me points for, and they credited me within 24 hours. Have they said why they had not credited you??

i have emailed to but it has not been corrected yet. i sent them a second request with more attachments for proof and am waiting for a response. good to hear they took care of you.:D

It took me over a month to get some points from them for a purchase. First they tried to say my DH and I were the same person. Corrected them on that. Then they wanted the confirmations again and again until finally one day I got the points. Boy was I surprised. I emailed them about Max and listed the days and the point value I was missing and they said I should have the points by tomorrow.
