Well you know DP'S Mother and Father had booked via Florida r us, or Holiday Click? for 10nights on the 21st june, well it was all so called booked over the phone, anyway the confirmation should have been with them for monday and it wasnt so we gave them till friday and we rang so called, it was never booked, and wayne who booked the holiday is "So called" away for 2weeks, and that there is nothing on the computer! and no money for the deposit has been taken.
But yet they took DP'S mother's switch card details, so we spent all night friday cancelling the cards and accounts.

So now there is no holiday and 2 very UNHAPPY GRANDCHILDREN.
As they was bringing along Charlie who is 9 this would have been her first trip... and Chelsea is so desperate for Charlie to come along.

We have got flights up but don't know where to seach for 10nights at the QII? we have tried ebookers, expedia..etc..any others?

We need help..we seriously want Charlie to come along, it's her utmost dream :( And I feel so bad for her, she is so upset.
And we are SO ANNOYED with Florida R Us, Poor M.I.L is worrying over her card etc, gr!!!!!!!! what a total waste of time they are.

Sorry to rant but any advice welcome.

Beth

How awful. l don't know if this will be any help but have you tried ringing your airline direct to see what they have available on your flight (or earlier/later) and then booking the accomadtion after which shouldn't be a major problem. Sorry but l don't know where your staying but that might be available aswell.

Hopes this helps, as l'm not sure what the original plan was, so forgive me if this all sounds stupid.

Good luck

Try www.hotelkingdom.com - they have good rates on almost all the Orlando hotels and have some good reviews from people. Also try www.bonvoyage.co.uk - we've booked flights/car through them and they have been great - thye also do hotels! :)

Good luck!
