We will be staying at the WL in November and are thinking about visiting the campground for the campfire program. I don't know very much about this. Is there marshmellow roasting then a movie? Do Chip and Dale visit? I was thinking about visiting the petting farm, then eating dinner at the buffet then doing the campfire. I also read there were wagon rides as well. Does anyone have advice on what or how we should plan our evening?
Thanks !! Kids are 6 & 8

Sounds like you have the perfect evening planned!! Remember, there are pony rides at the petting farm too, for little ones!
The campfire program starts at 7:00pm with a marshmallow roast around a big campfire. You can bring your own marshmallows & sticks, or buy a marshmallow kit there that includes sticks. They sing songs around the campfire, and Chip & Dale mingle around with everyone. It's a lot of fun!
Then, around 7:45, they start the movie on the big outdoor screen. There are bleachers & benches to sit on, or you can spread out a blanket in the grass. There is also a concession stand, The Chuckwagon, selling ice cream, soda, candy, popcorn, nachos, etc.
After the movie, you can take the boat back to the WL. You'll get to the marina in time to see the Electrical Water Pageant go by!
Have a great time!

Please take note: Starting on the 4th, summer hours start. Campfire @8P with movie about 30 – 40 minutes later.
