Which would you choose for an anniversary dinner and why?

I cannot comment on Bluezoo. Narcoosee's can be very noisy, wooden floors and kids going nuts. It is pretty large. I was turned off, at least romantic-dinner wise. If you want to drop a wad AND take the kids, it would be a good choice, or maybe LATE. My choice would be Bistro, make a 7:30, then get there really early and say you want a window table. They dim the lights and pipe in the sound for Illuminations. It is also a lovely walk back across the park after the crowds have thinned. Get a "roady" glass of champagne. Of all the WDW restaurants, and we have checked out most, this restaurant is the smallest and least crazy. The food is traditional old French. If you just want steak and potatoes, this will not be to your liking. I'm not a huge fan of this type of cooking but have always liked everything I have had there. The wines are nice. The service is usually very knowledgeable and some of the best at WDW.

Bistro is very quiet, subdued and romantic. Service is wonderful and food is quite good (and, despite Carla's comments, they do have a great filet mignon). Wine list is decent, but overpriced. All in all, a good place for an anniversary dinner, but I can't comment on how it compares to the other two asked about.

Another vote for Bistro. I had the filet there in January and it was quite good. not the best I've ever had, but certainly quite far from the worst.
