I was shopping this morning and noticed Campbells now has low carb soup...I think it was 5 net carbs. Is this ok for Induction?

Sorry, not allowed on induction. If you decide to eat this soup, after induction, be sure and read the list of ingredients carefully to make sure that there is no cornstarch, white flour, sugar, fructose or sucrose.
A low carb label isn't always Atkins friendly.

My favorite Low Carb Soup that is allowed on induction is one I make myself. I buy Organic Vegetable Broth or you could use Chicken or Beef Broth (but I'm a vege atkins)...I put it in a pan and then when it's hot I whip a couple of eggs in there.
It's like Egg Drop Soup, so filling and delicious. I always make more than I can eat. It's a great way to have soup that's allowed during induction.
I get the organic because the regular brands have MSG in them, which give me a headache.

LOL! Thanks Lynn CC! I just made your egg drop soup - for breakfast! It is great - I have a tough time doing Atkins for breakfast. Thanks for another option!
