A webcertificate is a debit mastercard. You can use it anywhere that accepts mastercard. You can set up an account, and then order the plastic card and take that to disney with you and use it just like a mastercard.
Flooz is an online currency. It can be used to buy things from only a few online stores.

dmslush has explained the difference between webcerts and flooz credit perfectly. For me, there is no comparison. Webcertificates gives you the most options. You can use it to pay off your hotel room, pay for meals at restaurants, buy park passes-use it just as you would any mastercard up to the amount you have in your account.
Some reward sites that offer webcertificates are www.mypoints.com www.blink.com and www.suzykats.com
Glad you joined us. If you have any other questions just ask. Somebody will help you out.
