 I just spent one and a half hours at the gym and got in my cardio and then some.
I know, a pretty lame April Fool, but hey........ :)
 I actually was at the gym for one and a half hours, but I only did 45 minutes of cardio, as usual. The other 45 minutes I was exercising my mouth. :teeth:
How about it exercisers, what did you do to get yourself moving today?

I went to Curves first thing this morning. I have a 2 hour meeting this morning and I thought that the exercise might help to keep me awake :p Gotta admit, I feel great having got the exercise in already today. Unfortunately, my schedule along with my DH's doesn't allow me to do this very often.

I woke up late (due to a migraine attack....darn carbs) so I missed my yoga class. But I tried a little variety today, I did 42 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the stairmaster and 20 minutes on the Eppl........thingy, I don't really know whats it's called, but it burned. Oh, and I had some spare time so I did 60 crunches. I'll be feeling it tonight.

I was only able to do 15 mins of Denise Austins Fat Burning Blast (or something like that). But, that is 15 mins more exercise than I usually get and I did it with the baby in the Snugli again (that has to count for something!!).
