the ATkins bars and shakes
eggs - make deviled eggs
sugar free jello and whipping cream for jello and whip cream
olives - you can have 10 - 20 /day
I'm new at this Atkins so i hope others chime in - cause frankly I'd like some ideas myself;)

Watch the Atkins bars during induction, and later on...the sugar alcohols may stall your loss.

Keep lots of cheese, deviled eggs, lunchmeat: turkey, chicken, salami....dill pickles, cucumbers with ranch dressing is yummy. Macadamias are great for after induction.

Also, you can take shredded cheddar cheese, place on wax paper, on a plate and micro. about 20 sec. Turns into a chip!! I also make these in my oven but I use parchment paper. Bake at 400 until they bubble....let cool and they make a nice crunchy snack.

Good luck!!

I like to cover a salad plate with pepperoni and then weigh up an ounce or two of mozarrella cheese. Sprinkle the cheese over the pepperoni and "nuke" for about a minute. It is a yummy snack.

I also like to take cucumber slices and spread them with "spreadable cheese". Cruncy and yummy.

Take a slice of ham, spread with cream cheese and roll up.

Try our SPICY SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BALLS (http://disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=439683) even non low carbers love them.

Sugar free jello and real whipped cream is a great snack.

Stay away from the low carb products completely while you are induction and be careful with them after, too. They can stall your weight loss.

Don't forget to weigh up your cheese using a food scale. We are limited to 3-4 ounces each day and it is easy to go over that limit.

Mmmm Kath, that recipe seems great. Thanks for linking it. I'm going to try that.

Most of the things I like to eat are already listed. Remember induction is pretty low carb. Turkey, chicken, ham...all make great "snacks" to me.SF jello with whipped cream always helps our "sweet tooth" needs.

Good luck to you
