Me, when I started, it was Jan. {'03} so, I was wearing Disney sweatpants and a sweatshirt (prob a CUBS sweatshirt) but, since then, it's gotten a little nicer and, it's now just sweatpants and a t-shirt. I know when I changed attire I must've lost about 1/2 lb that week. ;)
So, what do you wear (if anything  ) and, do you take that into account with your total...i.e. subtract a pound or two for clothes?
Just curious, not being nosey, I hope.

At home, in my gown. At WW for some reason they won't let me do that. ;) So I wear the outfit that I have scientifically selected to be the lightest weight! :D

Another au naturel weigher here! I've got a trip to the doctor's office in a few weeks and am trying to figure out to get weighed in my natural state but haven't figured out how to do that one yet! :)

You're ALL cracking me up!
I'm definately oddball out here! I've been looking forward to summer where I'd just be wearing a t-shirt and shorts. But, I think I'll wait til a challenge week to weigh-in in the buff.

I always weigh in the nude - don't want any clothes to add to my weight - not even undies!! I also always weigh in the a.m. BEFORE I take a shower - I don't want to be "waterlogged" for my weekly weigh-in either!! :)

At home in birthday suit after bathroom before shower. Some days I try without my glasses but I often just can't see the number if I do that. At WW I take off my shoes, watch, sweater...today I forgot to take off the sweater (just a lightweight one from a sweater set) and someone told me to take it off and it was a full 1/2 pound-that explains why I'm 2 pounds lighter at home....

Yup, I'm always in the buff, too... And ALWAYS in the morning before my shower and after my duties are done. It is so much better for my self esteem, even if I am just tricking myself! It makes me happy sometimes to weigh myself before bed and in the morning...for some reason it makes a big difference. ooooh....there I go, proving my nerdship again!

nudie kanudie
first thing in the morning
sometimes weigh in a work too because we have one of those doctor type scales and I think its more acurate
for some reason I don't strip to my nudeness at work
I too use the scientifically technical method of picking the lightest outfit when I want to weigh in at work

I once said I was going to wear a bathing suit to weigh in at WW, but never had the nerve! :p I try to wear the same clothes, or as close to them as possible, each time I weigh in. I get weighed at the gym, so naked is NOT gonna happen for me! I figure as long as my clothes are the same, then my weight loss (or God forbid GAIN) is accurate.

I'm pretty sure the folks at WW would prefer to not see me au naturel, so I stick with my shorts/t-shirt combo :teeth:

In my birthday suit, and of course before the shower, I don't want wet hair to add to any rise in numbers!
:earseek: can't believe I just admitted that!:earseek:

When I started I weighed myself with my sweats, big t-shirt and shoes, then when I would go in the sauna I would weigh with just a towel and there was about a 2 pound differance. I now weigh myself with shorts, tank top and shoes and subtract 2 pounds to get my true weight.

Nothing on me either. I do try to not eat or drink and have bathroom duties done as well but sometimes that doesn't happen. I have posted before that before bathroom duties I have weighed and after I have weighed and have lost anywhere from 1/2 pound to a whole pound which just amazes me!
When I was doing WW I did use to go in the same clothes every week and it was the lightest clothes I could find.
It is amazing how heavy some clothes are.

Oh my....
Light clothes or Jammies in the am after a 1/2 cup of coffee... I don't want a full cup to weigh me down but I need at some coffee to face "the truth". I always take the scale out of the closet and put it in the same square on the floor and suck it in and breath out and say a quick prayer. :rotfl:
We are a bunch of wacko's.... wait we already knew that.

Who knew there were ThaT many ways to say "naked"??? I dont really have a consistent pattern....sometimes nothing, sometimes jeans and a sweater and shoes....I'm trying to stay away from the scale for long lengths of time though, so I don't obsess over every half pound gained or lost.

I wear my jeans, t shirt and boots, just because when I see the dr it's what I usually wear, so no nasty surprises on their scales compared to mine!
