So today is a new day!!
Today...
I will watch what I eat.
I will exercise.
I will have a good outlook on life.
I will take my medication.
I will be strong, but ask for help when I need it.
I will admit that I am not Superwoman.
I will get up and move, however slightly it seems, I know that some activity is better than no activity even if it doesnt feel great today it WILL make me stronger.
SO... what will YOU do today that will get you closer to your goal?

Today...
I will watch what I eat.
I will walk on the treadmill.
I will go to therapy.
I will love myself just as I am and believe others when they say they love me.

Eat on plan
Make exercise a priority
Drink lots and lots of water
Not be afraid of the weight I am losing
Think positive thoughts
Accept a compliment for just what it is - someone saying something nice about me
Believe I deserve to be successful
Love myself for who I am and who I will become ::yes::

Great thread!
Today....
I will resist the urge to snack before bedtime
And since it's getting so late in the day.....
Tomorrow......
I will eat on plan.
I will exercise.
I will drink plenty of water.
I will not let the scale determine my mood.
I will look for non-scale victories.
I will believe that I can be successful!

I will drink lots of water.............
I will only have a 0 pts snack and save my pts for dinner................
I will enjoy the company of AlreadyexcitedGrammy with a diet rummy coke (is that what you mean? :))
tomorrow I will eat sensibly on our lunch out
tomorrow I will not nitpick my pouch and hips and be thankful I have gone down two jeans sizes
