Did you jog around the block? Did you put in that Pilates DVD? Are you a WATPer? Maybe you're FIRMing your way to fitness.

Whatever you did to move your body today, we want to hear about it!

I did FIRM BSS1 body sculpt (upper body) this morning. Okay, who's next?

25 minutes of biking and 5 minutes of stair stepping!!!! This makes 2 days in a row for me!!!

I tried the FIRM max cardio with abs -- the aerobic part was a bit slower for my allotment of FIRM time, I really like the cardio sculpt I guess. Good ab workout though

An hour of yoga and then 2 miles on the treadmill. I must of really relaxed in yoga because I had a hard time getting my heartrate up on the treadmill.

I am hoping to be a daily poster on this thread!! I just finished a 40 minute walk (pushing the double stroller!). I would like to get some strength training done tonight for my arms. I will let you all know!

Better late than never....
45 minutes on the treadmill using interval training to get in three miles.

2 hrs of bowling with DH. It's a workout! He throws a lot of strikes which means I never get to sit down!

Jogging for me, 3.2 miles in ~38 minutes. :D
