WW Point Ranges? Can someone help?

I can't find my book that has the ranges! Could someone tell me what the point range for a woman at 195 lbs. and a man at 170 lbs? Thanks so much!

points are the same for men and women...sex has no bearing on it.

less than 150 lbs: 20
150-174 lbs: 22
175-199 lbs: 24
200-224 lbs: 26
225-249 lbs: 28
250-274 lbs: 30
