You have to have excel for the spreadsheet to work. It is NOT my creation -- just one that I found on the net. If you are having problems -- I think the site holder has her email address on her site somewhere. Maybe she would try and help you.

:( I couldn't get it to work either. It opens but comes up as just a bunch of junk! I'm so disappointed. It looks like it would be great.

Thanks Jody - I set up one in Excel, but it didn't factor in BMI etc. this one is great!
