Kali River Rapids

Birnbaum's has 38" as the height requirement for Kali River Rapids. I have never ridden this ride. What do you think about a 2.5 yo on it? :confused: :confused: :confused:

If the child is tall enough they will enjoy it unless they are afraid of water. My daugter went on when she was 3 and 4 and loved it.

My wimpy eight year old rode it and liked it. There is one dip that can get you really wet. This is the only part of the ride that may be a little scary. But it is a very small hill compared to any of the roller coasters.

Thanks, I was hoping that was wat I would hear. I just don't want to be one of those moms who drags a little one on a scary ride!!

You should be ok the first time since kids are so curious - as for going again it would depend on her reaction

We have taken DS on 3 or 4 times and this time around he says he will not go on - we have no problem with that as long as he had tried it once

Please make sure that your little one understands that they may get VERY WET. I am telling you this because I once saw a little guy get totally drenched very early into the ride. The poor boy was shocked as deluge of water came out of nowhere...and he cried till the end of the ride. I suppose it all depends on the child.:(

The scariest thing is hearing the people on the ride sreaming as they see all that water headed their way:earsboy: Most people get really soaked on this ride. Do it on a nice warm/hot day, and consider taking a change of clothes.:earsboy:
