I asked about the dressing once when we were there and they told me it was a Green Goddess. I have never seen their recipe, though.

Here are a few recipes. One might be just like the one you are looking for. Green Goddess is one of my favorites.

Green Goddess Dressing

1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Dairy Sour Cream
1 Parsley Sprig
2 ounces Anchovy Fillets; Drained
2 tablespoons Tarragon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 dash Pepper

Place all of the ingredients in a blender container and
blend until smooth. (When necessary, stop the blender and
use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides.) Makes 1 1/2
cups.

GREEN GODDESS SALAD DRESSING

1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
3 Tbsp. snipped chives
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/3 cup snipped parsley

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate. Serve on romaine, bibb leaf or iceberg
lettuce. Coarse dry bread crumbs sauteed in a small amount of butter may be
served over salad.

GREEN GODDESS SALAD DRESSING

1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
3 anchovies
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sour cream
pepper

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend
thoroughly. Let set in the refrigerator overnight.
