Southwest Update for Nov/Dec. Ressies

Hi there. Like many of you, I have been waiting to make reservations this winter on Southwest. I finally called -- again-- and they said that their system was being "updated" as we spoke and to check back on Friday (June 29) or at the latest July 2 for new pricing and schedules. So hopefully, the end is near for waiting and reservations can be made for Nov/Dec. Hope this helps some of you and that the reservation agent I spoke to was right! :p

I was just going to go to their site again today and see if the dates had changed. I'll look any way and keep looking till they do. Hope the fares are good.

manchester area? (my 7 month old is helping me type:)
We are going to fly southwest out of manchester but want to stay the night before. Do you know of any not too expensive hotels in the area? We booked one leg of the trip for october 26th and will convert to round trip when the schedule opens up. I also was told the 28th or 29th when I called a few days ago. Thanks for any info.

I do live in the Manchester area I know there are several hotels but not sure if inexpensive or not. I believe there is a motel 6 on Brown Avenue which is the road the airport is off of. Next time I go that way to the mall (which I'm sure my DD will have me take her to sometime very soon) I'll look. Send me an e-mail and I'll reply that way.

Aren't there a bunch of hotels right off the South Willow Street exit? Man, it's been so long I can not remember the names.

I suppose a search on Travelocity or Expedia might bring up a map of that area.

I also live in the Manchester area and have stayed in that Motel 8 once, it was pretty terrible. Email me if you still need a hotel recommendation. There is one really close to the airport and several within 20 min.
