There are two princess meals for breakfast, and one for dinner at 1900 Park Fair with Cinderella - someone correct me if I'm wrong. If I understand right, all of them book very very quickly, esp Cinderellas breakfast at the Castle. You can always try on a daily basis to snag a cancellation.
The other one in Epcot is in Norway, and its the Princess Storybook Breakfast. We got reservations for our trip in May and I'm so excited! We've never been =)

We are going for an unexpected trip with my Mom next month, and I tried to make a ps for 1900 PF for 4/27. Imagine my surprise that it was already booked! I know the CRT books quickly, but 1900??? I'm really hoping I can work something out during our trip. My 2yo dd will be crushed if we don't have a good princess meal! :(

We enjoyed the Princess breakfast in EPCOT more than Cinderella's Breakfast, so give that one a try.

I woke up at 3:45 a.m. (Pacific Coast Time!) this morning to make sure that I'd get either Cinderella's Castle or the Norway Breakfast. The CM told me that Cindy's is full within 8 minutes of the Dining Hotline opening EVERYDAY! The Norway Breakfast is about 45 minutes after the hotline opens. I was amazed. But I'm still glad I woke up and did it. And the more I think about it, I think the Norway breakfast will be easier and just as nice. We're staying at the Beach Club Villas and it's within walking distance.

The Princess Breakfast at Epcot (in the Norway pavillion) is very nice. Cinderella won't be there (she's only at her castle), but a rotating cast of five other princesses will be (when we went it was Snow White, Aurora, Jasmine, Pocohantas and Mulan, but I am told that some of the other princesses are there as well from time to time).
The food is "fixed plate" (meaning, everyone gets the same thing; no ordering off a menu and no buffet) and is passable. But, you don't go for the food, but for the character interaction, which is very nice. You will have a great time.

Unfortunately, Cindy is my dd's favorite. I would have made a ps in time, if I would have known about this trip. But, my Mom just invited us last week! :D We were fortunate to go to CRT in Dec., so I'm really afraid my dd won't understand why we can't go this time. I'll keep trying! :sunny:

Cinderella is also at the 1900 park faire and that may be a little easier to snag. I was in the hospital during the window when I should have been making my ps for CRT, so I missed it. I was able to book, however, the Norway breakfast and the dinner at 1900 Park Faire, and that was just yesterday.

For those who NEED CRT, I also read that they save a few ressies for each morning. If you head there first thing in the morning and aren't looking for a table for 8 or anything, you might luck out! Just don't promise dd in advance so she won't be dissapointed.
