Eat your favorite foods as a meal? I am an ice cream lover, but I don't really do milk so my calcium comes from the ice cream I eat. I always try to include one serving of ice cream in my daily points. So today it is 8:14 in the morning and I am eating a bowl of ice cream for breakfast. I found this really good high fiber/low fat ice cream and I have been enjoying mini-sundae's and they are yummy. Have you ever done something like that or am I the only strange one?

I've made a meal out of WW friendly nachos before, does that count?
I think having ice cream instead of a meal is okay, Deb- but for breakfast?  ;) :p

I eat all kinds of foods all different times of day. I have been known to eat a smartones cone in the morning. I used to work the overnight shift so as far as I have been concerned there is no set meal times anymore. I've also been known to have cereal for dinner.

Yes, as long as I have my veggie and water in I have done a DQ blizzard after a salad for dinner before.

I always say, what ever works to get what you need in.
I find that I eat a little bit continuously during the day. This helps keep me balanced and not HUNGRY. I try to fit things I am missing nutriously into my snacks.

I know it wasn't the greatest choice, but that is what my tummy was calling for....lol. It sure was yummy. :)
What are WW friendly nachos, do you have a recipe????? I haven't had nachos in forever and would love a WW friendly version.

Sometimes you've just got to give into your cravings. If you ate say oatmeal or cereal for breakfast you wouldn't have satisfied that icecream craving and perhaps would have had the icecream in addition to the "real" breakfast.
I always save enough points in the day for a skinny cow or smart ones after dinner.
