Anyone used VIPFARES.com

I am curious if anyone has used vipfares.com? They are $100 cheaper than anywhere else I looked but I am concerned since I haven't heard of them before. Any experiences?

When you enter in to purchase, you realize that the taxes and fees haven't been included in the price :( Same as other sites for me.
