Universal ticket ???

OK, I know this isn't exactly Disney related, but my dh and I are taking a "by ourselves" trip to Orlando in a few weeks (he's got a work conference there) and our seasonal passes are not available during the dates we're going to be there. So, we decided that maybe we'd try out Universal Studios since we won't have the little one with us. Does anybody know the cheapest way to get Universal tickets? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

5 consecutive days for $81.95 plus tax. If you were to purchase directly from Universal's online site, the same pass would cost $94.95 plus tax. Tax is 6.5%. You can pick the tickets up at the electronic will call for $2 per order. UPS Next-Day Air delivery is $11.00 per order.

When checking out the Universal site, order yourself some 1/2 price food tickets. Great deals.

Thanks for this great advice. I was ready to order the 5 day pass directly through the Universal site today and got busy so didn't take care of it. After reading this, went ahead and used the link in this thread and saved myself 39.00 - 3 5 day passes. Once again, people on the disboard come through.

We ordered the Kraft bonus pass on a Monday night and received them Wednesday morning, very quick shipping! You do pay for UPS next day or 2 day or whatever it is but most places will say 2 days when they mean more like 4 days. I am so excited now that we received them. We won't be using all 5 days but it was just cheaper than getting the other passes, if we only use 2 days, it's still worth it. Have a great trip!!!

I was just able to get to the offer - went to this link, https://tickets.universalstudios.com/USRG/us_store_secure2.jsp?merchant=kraft and then clicked on the Universal Orlando icon. After clicking on that, I got the the 81.95 offer.

Also check the links on the page underneath "Find More Great Deals Below". Each one has a few different restaurants to offer. The GCs are worth $50 but you pay $25 plus $3.50 in handling charges. You can purchase up to 4 at a time.

They add new restaurants every Friday at 9 am. Many are from Universal's Citywalk. Just be careful of the expiration dates. Supposedly, they will be putting up some for the Motown Café today that expire on 5/31/2004. They're $50 GCs and they'll be selling them for $10.
