? for anyone who has been to Beltz outlets recently

Can you give me some specifics on what they had? Any cool Pirates or HM merchandise? Any good stuff?

We were there the first week of March and didn't see any Pirates mdse. The only HM stuff they had referenced MNSSHP 2003 - mostly t-shirts and light up pins. Lots of Xmas mdse, beanies, tshirts, sweatshirts, etc. Maybe someone who's been there a little more recently will have more up to date info.

In general, merchandise can change fairly rapidly at these stores. I've gone once at the start of a week's vacation and again at the end and found different stuff each time. I've also found items in Character Wearhouse different from the stuff over at Character Premiere in the other building.

I was just there yesterday. Mostly just stuff.... by that I mean just sweatshirts, tshirts, pencils, cards. No character dress up stuff. I was very disappointed.

Belz Factory Outlets are on International Drive. There are signs and brochures everywhere - not hard to find. They have 2 Disney outlets - Character Wearhouse and Character Premiere (I think those are the right names). They used to have great deals on seconds, irregulars, discontinued items, etc. In the past couple of years, the deals have gotten not as good and they've added some new merchandise that isn't discounted. But it is still worth a trip as you can snag some real bargains and find items that are no longer available in the parks.
