URGENT QUESTION RE: Nat'l Em Club

I just joined, and am going to California tomorrow (LAX). I've got an EC coupon to use. The woman I spoke with at EC said that I would have to go to the counter to use it. I thought I remembered reading here that you can still skip the counter and go straight to the Emerald Aisle with a coupon? (She said using ANY coupon required stopping at the counter. Then she did say "well, you SHOULD stop at the counter with a coupon." :confused: )

Seems to me if one of the great benefits of using National EC is bypassing the counter, and EC gives you a coupon to use, you shouldn't lose the benefit of bypassing the counter! :confused:

I had a coupon and I just gave it to the agent as I checked out of the emerald aisle! make sure that you get that agent name who takes the coupon....and make a photo copy of it as well for your own records in case you have any problem.
