Did I miss the Monday exercise thread??? O.K., if not, who exercised Monday:bounce: :Pinkbounc
I just got back from the Y, I lifted almost 9000 pounds on the circuit and then took an hour long cardio dance class.....boy, I am looking forward to Yoga tomorrow.

walked 1/2hr outside this morn before getting ready for work
im almost at my 10,000 steps for the day
weather is going to be lousy for the next few days so Im glad I got out today

I did Taebo today. 40 minutes.

I did a FIRM workout from the library, it's not worth doing again but I did work up a sweat -- about 45 mins

Did 40 mins on treadmill, then circuit weights, extra arms and abs. Also spent time doing stretching after!

Thanks for the thread today! I did 4 miles on the treadmill, some weights, and finished with abdominal exercises. Hopefully I will see you all back here tomorrow!::yes::

I did the 2 mile WATP video, 30 minutes. I needed a break after doing the 3 mile tape this past week.
Onward and downward!!! ::yes::

Did a full 30 minutes of Tai Chi again. :)
I also did about 20 minutes of cat wrestling (ie: combing the cats) does that count? LOL!

I did my 3 Mile WATP DVD, plus some ab excercises. I was worn out last night for some reason!

I walked for a half of an hour at lunch time, and then in the evening I did my 1 mile WATP tape with weights.

Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.2 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work.

:wave: My Internet has been down for 6 days so I missed posting, but I did manage a 45 minute cardio workout at the gym.
