Visa's 7 for 4 Deal?

I was curious if you can book that package for a fall trip now OR is it strictly a summer offer right now? Thank you.

This 7/4 deal must be booked by 4/30 and you have to apply for the card by 3/31. The dates for the trips are 5/1-10/31. So, you should book it by 4/30 for a fall trip.
