CBS Marketwatch (http://cbs.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/news.asp?siteid=mktw&symb=DIS&sid=1618) reports that ABC has lowered its ad rates by 5-7%, generating a flurry of ad sales for the Fall season. NBC also lowered rates.
