Off-site hotel with sandy beach?

Does anyone know of a nice off-site resort that has a sandy beach? Ideally, we'd be looking for a place that has suites or villas and is within reasonable driving distance to the WDW. I know there are lots of on-site places but they don't seem very roomy and seem very pricey.

Here are some timeshare villa resorts that offer a sandy lakefront beach area. Most don't have lounge chairs on their beaches but do offer sand volleyball nets, playgrounds and/or boat rentals. AFAIK, none of them permit lake swimming (neither does Disney in their lakes). A call to the resorts directly will provide more detail about their beach amenities.
