Received only partial meal vouchers order from Connections

I ordered adult and children VKLs last Monday, received the adult ones today. I checked my credit card account online and was only charged for the adult VKLs. Is this usual? Will I probably receive the children's vouchers at a later date? Or should I call them?

My order came with the adult vouchers and the children vouchers came a few days later. It must be the way that they process those particular vouchers because none of the others arrived that way.
