Okay fellow WISHers. I've been a little bummed that my weight loss has slowed, not stopped by definitely slowed down. It can get pretty discouraging. I measured myself for the first time on January 17 and again last night - low and behold I have lost 27 and 3/4th inches in a little less than 2 months!!!!:Pinkbounc :bounce:! That takes some of the sting out of the weeks I am losing slowly.
So, if you are not measuring yourself - start doing so ASAP. It can really keep you going when the scale is not cooperating like it should. I hope this helps at least one person who might be discouraged out there. :) Take care everyone!

Lisa, you are so right! Congratulations on having so much less of you!! Your hard work and dedication are inspirational and your efforts are paying off!!
Now, how did you know that I NEEDED this reminder???
Do you remember me posting to everyone's journals about how important measuring is? Do you remember me posting my own weekly measurements to MY journal??
Well, I've fallen off the measuring wagon and I needed to be reminded of how important it is.
I will measure this weekend!! ::yes::
Thank you, Lisa!!

I'm a big believer in my measuring tape. I don't measure every week. Only once a month or when i notcie a change in the mirror. It definitely helps keep me OP and happy, even if i'm not taking off a lot of lbs quickly. In fact, what I'd really love to see and some inches clippies as well as lbs.

WOW, Lisa that's a lot of inches you lost. Good job!
I'm always nagging about this measuring thing, too. Thanks for the timely reminder :)
