Does anyone know where/if I can get a schedule of where and when the Mickey statues will be on tour?
They will be in both Minneapolis and Chicago which both are close to where we live and I would love to go see them. I can't find a tour schedule though. Thanks for your help....Cheri

Hi, I heard on our news station here in Chicago, that the mickey statues will be in downtown Chicago from May-July,anyways that what I thought I heard, can't wait,we got to see them in the MK in January, they were great, especially liked Ellens'.

Just keep in mind you won't be seeing all 75 since they are going to be spread out over five cities at the same time.

I think we will get them all, in NYC, because we are last, and then they will be auctioned.

Yeah, they will be at Disneyland together as well. Just not all together in the tour cities.

I saw a big Box Truck with all the 75th year Mickey logo's just like the pictures on the official site, in Suffren, NY.. I was wondering if any of the statues are in the area???
It was parked in a business park lot and you can see it from the NYS Thruway just south of the Rt17 Mahwah/Suffern exit...
I cannot find an offical schedule anywhere...

Someone above said that they knew the NYC was going to be the last stop and hypothesized that they might have them all since they are going to be auctioned off. Any idea when that might be (the auction/time in NYC)?

There was a thread somewhere around here with a link to the schedule. The last time I looked at it, New York wasn't even mentioned on the schedule.

OK -- I found the schedule. I don't know how to post a link, but the URL is: http://disney.go.com/inside/mickey75/tour.html
The schedule listed only goes through October 21, 2004 and the statues are supposed to be auctioned off sometime in 2005.
I guess we'll have to keep checking back for the rest of the schedule.

look at the pictures on the inside disney site, if you saw the statues at MK, you'll notice that miss anet's mickey has been replaced, i have to check with a friend who took all the pictures to see what it was replaced with.

Under the "Reflections of Mickey" statue it says:
"Disneyland Park, will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2005, at which time it will welcome the 75 InspEARations tour as its final official destination."

Not sure how much the trucks mean anything.
By pure chance I had United Van Lines come out yesterday and pick up the last of our empty moving boxes.
On the outside of the truck -- pictures of some of the Mickey Statues, with an advertisement reading they were the official movers of the 75 Mickeys.
So hard to say how many United Van Lines trucks around the U.S. have Mickeys painted on the side right now.
