I was away for a few days and I missed what happened at the share holders meeting. Now I'm back and I find out that 43% of the vote was no confidence and he is no longer the chairperson, but he it still the CEO? I'm confused? What in the heck does that mean? Is that like being impeached but not kicked out? Someone explain this to me!

::MickeyMo "Well hi there everybody!"
His powers have been reduced due to a large withold of vote but he is still a member of the board as he faced no challenge; his dual role has been split and currently he only occupies one of them. His contract, due originally to expire in 2006, is currently being negotiated once more with him by the company.
Happy surfing from Simba Cub :)
