I walked 30 minutes yesterday at the Y with a girlfriend and this morning I did the "basics" of my Windsor Pilates DVD.

Are you in shock?? I think I am.:teeth:

6:15 a.m. spinning class for me -- 45 mins of cardio :) whew!

1st time outside walking since Mon - weather's been cold
Took 15mins from my lunch break and got out
so part of today's 10,000 steps is outside - did get my 10,000 the past few days too

I did 4 circuits at Curves, and I'll do my WATP tape when DH take DD to swim lessons.

GOt in 4 miles on the treadmill, and going to do some crunches now before bed-after reading how well everyone is doing I don't want to skip it.:D

I did my WATP 3 mile tape today. After yesterday's AWFUL WW fast track DVD, I think I pulled something because I had trouble twice today when I've never had a problem before. :( I hope I can work out this 'kink' in my leg muscles.

I walked 15 minutes this afternoon, then in the evening I did the one muscle mile WATP video with weights and then 35 minutes on the treadmill.

ME! Did 45 mins on the elliptical and some tricep work. Thoug I think I did it too early in the a.m. and didn't get as good a workout as I do if I go in the afternoon. Still felt good though!

I did I did! Did my Tai Chi warmup, ran through the instruction for the two "transitional" moves that I seem to be having difficulty with, ran through the beginner's sequence 3 times (maybe even 4), then even put in the next DVD and went through one form I hadn't learned yet. :)
