Okay, I know you're out there. I can hear you breathing hard from that work out you just finished. :)
Since I didn't see a work out thread for Wednesday, I thought I'd start it.
This morning was FIRM cardio sculpt for me. I feel good! How 'bout you?

I did 70 min. on the treadmill this morning and then a 20 min. Pilates tape. :bounce:

I did Tae-Bo and a few sets of exercises with light weights for my arms.

I did 25 min on the bike, and 30 min on the treadmill

I did the weight circuit at the gym and then 4 miles on the treadmill.

Firm's Ab Sculpt. We're having work done on our house (crown molding installed everywhere) and it's been tough this week to workout while there's other people in the house. I figure I can at least fit in a 20 minute ab workout, so that's what I've done.
Wish I could say I've done more, but I feel good that I've at least done something.
I don't want to give up my 2 month clippie, tee hee!

Me too. Did a little over 3 miles in 45 minutes on treadmill, some weight work and a little ab work. I am just glad I exercised tonight, as I totally pigged out on a roast beef dinner earlier.

I did 1 mile on the treadmill this morning and then another 3 miles this evening. :teeth:

I tried the WW fast track DVD today....what a waste!! I did NOT like it one bit. Back to WATP for me tomorrow. ::yes::

I did the 3 mile WATP video. I am waiting for the nice weather to come back so I can get in a walk in the afternoon as well.

Jogging in the morning (3.2 miles in 38 minutes) and Curves after work for me. :cool:
