If you had to pick only one, would you do Hoop Dee Doo or Spirit of Aloha? I hear they are both good and can not decide which one to go for. I'm all ears!:wave2:

I vote for Hoop-de-doo. Lots of fun. Feels like a Disney performance with audience involvement.

Went to both in September and I would pick Hoop-De-Doo hands down!

I've heard all good things about hoop de doo and actually booked it the night of my son's birthday.

I also booked SOA for the last night we are in disney.
I was thinking it would be a nice way to spend out last dinner in disney.. Hopefully we'll enjoy it

Without a doubt, Hoop De Doo! We've done both, and IMHO, Hoop De Doo is much more fun!!

I'm curious - would everyone still pick Hoop Dee Doo over Spirit of Aloha for two senior citizens with no kids along?

Kids or no kids I would pick Hoop Dee Doo! My family had an awesome time and we still find ourselves singing the song.

With regard to dinner shows, I've always been amazed that Disney doesn't offer more than these 3. They're all good/great, they'd sell others if the effort was made. Cirque is not to be missed either!

My mom was with us when we saw the HDD...she isn't quite a senior citizen (well, she's 57, so I guess in some cases she is. She's got an AARP card!)

Anyway, she LOVED the show! She thought it was very entertaining and had the Vaudville type slap-stick comedy. I think the HDD has something for everyone!

Go for the Hoop De Doo. My dd loved it!!! Even my youngest dd was 11 months and she had a good time!!!:tongue:

We are going to the Hoop Dee Doo!!!:hyper: Thank you all for helping us decide.:p I'm so excited about this trip that I think I'm going to pop from the anticipation.:rotfl: My goodness, I'm worse than my son.
