I am a Lowes Blue member and staying at Portifino Bay in May. We are traveling with my nieces (first time with kids), do they get any kind of welcome gift? Do I have to ask for it?

You can opt for the cookies and milk welcome gift instead of the more adult-type ones. -HM

We had a lot of trouble getting our welcome gift at PBH, I think myself and one or two others on this site never did receive it. I called every day we were there and even spoke to the manager who told us that they didn't do that for Blue members...uh, wrongo buddy.
