Deep Sea Fishing

Staying off site in Kissimmee in July. Has anyone ever arranged a deep sea fishing trip? Which company did you use? Did they take you to the ocean or did you have to get there yourself? How much did you have to spend? Private or public boat? Recommended for a rank novice? (Husband fishes, not me or 7 yr old daughter).
