Park hours

Has anyone gone to Universal Studios in August. I am planning on going 8/20-8/23 and I would like some information on park crowds during this time and also park hours. Thanks, :hyper: :sunny:

That is when it's starting to slow down so you should be okay. Are you staying on site? If you are, you have NOTHING to worry about. FOTL is awesome. Also, the parks do close earlier during that time.

:( Unfortunately we are not staying on site. We are staying at the Country Inn and Suites International Drive. Know anything about it? Reason being is we are going the WDW on Monday the 23rd and staying on site there. Wanted to cut expenses some how. This will be our first time at Universal - second at Disney. Have a 12 and 6 yr old boys. One thing I didn't realize is that the "other" parks close anywhere from 6-8 pm. Thats disappointing since its always fun to journey during the dark hours! We did rent a vehicle from Friday to Monday but am having thoughts about just keeping it all week. Do you know the hours of D.D. during the week Im attending?:smooth:

Sorry, not sure about that hotel. What do you mean by D.D.? If you mean Downtown Disney it's normally from 9 a.m. -11 p.m for the shops and restaurants and 2 a.m. for Pleasure Island.
