Last night we took a friend to BWI Airport to return a rental car before his flight. ALL rental cars are now off site on Stoney Creek Road - a few miles from the airport. They continually run a shuttle to the airport, but one needs to leave plenty of time. We drove our friend to the airport rather than have him depend on the shuttle.
