Where is the aboslute best spot to see Wishes?

Oh, and how far in advance should I plan on staking it out??

We are going on a Sunday night in mid May. There's no Spectro that night, so I'm not worried about that.

Any suggestions?

I saw it 3 times in December. The best spot of the 3 was on the walkway between the tip board and Crystal Palace. If you stand along the rail, no one can get in front of you. I would get there 30 to 45 minutes ahead. The second best spot was in the middle of Main Street near the tip board. Problem with that is people can stand in front of you plus some put kids on their shoulders, blocking your view. The third spot was on the Tomorrowland Bridge. Got spot to see Tink but I didn't think it was as good for the fireworks since they are centered on the front of the castle.

When we were there in January we watched it from the preferred viewing location (for silver and gold packages) at the pavillion near the Plaza. Even if you don't have the package, there are some bistro tables right outside the location that would give you a good view of the fireworks and of Tink. If you aren't worried about being in the park I suggest watching it from the dock at the Ticket and Tranportation Center. It's neat to get a full view, and I hear that they're now piping in the music there too.

We saw Wishes last week and it is truly amazing! My DS loved it. We actually watched it from behind the castle near the Carousel. It was very cool from this location. The fireworks were going over us in all directions! Whatever you do, definitely see this show, it is great!

Hey Gem, after seeing it from a side view in Dec. we will be watching wishes from around the hub by the train station next time. The side view we had was in the rose garden and the wind blew some of the fallout from the fireworks on our area. We also thought a straight on view will give you the full effect of the fireworks. I'd say bring a blanket to sit on or stake out your spot about 45 minutes out or so. The light show on the castle is awesome. Have fun!!:wave2:

We love watching from the hub, slightly off to one side in front of the castle. We also don't mind getting there a few hours early to get a good spot. It is amazing! Enjoy!
