Butcher Shop Steakhouse

Has anyone eaten at the Butcher Shop Steak House on International Drive? It sounds great (clearly I'm NOT a vegetarian!!) and was wondering if anyone has any first-hand experience (good or bad) about the place?

Yes we have eaten there!

You can choose your own steak and watch them cook it if you like.

The steak was good ,service excellent. Just make sure they don't seat you too near the cooking area though as it can get quite smokey.
It is a few years since we have eaten there so maybe someone has a more up to date review

You know what I always fancied eating there too. It does sound very very good.
