The Walt Disney Co. will be webcasting the Annual Shareholders meeting on March 3rd according to a company press release:

BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 2004--The annual shareholders' meeting of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS - News) will be available live via webcast at the Investor Relations' Web site www.disney.com/investors beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST on Mar. 3, 2004. Not viewing -- listening. Disney only provides audio of its presentations.
