Looking for a good deal on family travel insurance. Anyone have any recommendations? Needs good medical cover (£10M) and delay cover (after our last experience). Needs only to be single trip.
I've got £168.61 from First Direct so far.
Thanks in anticipation.

Hi
I have a multi-trip, worldwide, annual, family policy which includes a pre-existing medical condition for my DH = £85.00 for this year's renewal (Jan'04) from an online company - not sure if this is allowed to be given on here so I apologise if it's taken off - travelplan-direct.com I made a claim with them in Oct 2001, my DD ended up at A & E, and I was very impressed with the service I received and just renew my policy with them every year. My DH medical condition is not covered under numerous policies but this company issue me with an additional letter stating the extra cover. I have used this company since Jan 2000.

We paid approx £100 from marks & Spencer last August & wqere very pleased with the cover they give. It's an annual policy & covers our kids if they travel without us.

I got £120 for trip or £180 for year for a family of 5 from PHA travel who specialise in insurance for people with medical conditions. Had to call a medical screening line to set excess.
My wife has been treated for cancer in the last 4 months and this is the very best deal I could find for her after call about 200 companies.
Excess to £150 for all and £1000 for my wife if she has treatment related to post chemo and radio therapy side effects.
Honestly this was an exceptional deal for us

That sounds a very good deal. Hope you and your family have a wonderful time together and your DW feels well enough to enjoy the break.
