How did everyone do????
I'm up 2 point something, but I don't recall what exactly. My soon-to-be mother-in-law bought us a treadmill and I've been doing an hour on it everyday, and have been following the losing plan to get back down to my ever-so comfy 187.
Have a great week everyone! Onward and downward, as we always say!

I'm up 1.8 lbs this week. :faint: I even lost my clippie I earned last week. :( I was on plan all week, drank my water, etc. Only thing I did different this week was how I broke up my calories (more in the morning and less in the evening) and staying off the scale for the whole week. The only downfall I guess to staying off the scales all week and not getting an idea of where you are, is that you have no idea what to expect. I only gained .6 lbs at Thanksgiving so I have no idea what's going on here. Can't even blame the Bloat Fairy. Oh well - will keep my fingers crossed for a better week next week. :(

I lost the .5 lb I needed to for a new clippie! :jumping1: The Bloat Fairy has been here the past couple of days so I was worried about keeping my weight down until check-in. ;)

Here's my first check-in in. . . .let's just say a while :smooth: . I am still up a bit from my low, but I that's okay. I've been hibernating, and it is now time to get back on track for the second half of this journey. We've got a half-marathon to get ready for, right?
It's nice to see the old names mixed with the new. :D Oh, and one thing that I didn't let slide was the exercise. It hasn't been as much as I've been used to, but I HAVE kept up the 3x a week minimum. So, I haven't lost it ALL. :p
Dan, good for you with the treadmill. Ours broke and even if I didn't use it a lot, I've missed it.
kayeandjim, you don't have to lose your clippie because of a small gain! You'll be back to where you were last week before you can say, "Checkyourscaletomorrowbecausethisgainwasafluke!"
disfan1, your clippie looks great. Congratulations!
Have a good week, everyone.

This is my first time for a weekly check-in.
I lost 1 pound last week. At first it bothered me - only a pound - but I'm over that now. That's a rate of over 50 pound in a year! I hereby committ this week to exercise daily and remain at 25 carb grams per day.

Hi everyone! I weighed in at 125 lbs. this morning, still maintaining my goal weight of 123-125!
A big congrats to al the losers/maintainers, and a big hug of encouragement to anyone who may feel they need it... Put the past behind you, don't get discouraged, and focus on the good things you're going to do for yourself and your body--it's a brand new week!:sunny:

I'm up a pound this week which is okay since I didn't stick to plan this week.

I am up a pound.
I think it is due to too many Pria bars and reduced carb treats and not enough REAL food. I don't know why I could not get motiviated to do things. (I think it was because I was bored at work. This week I have THREE major projects so that should not be a problem!)

First I want to say congrats to the all the losers and maintainers out there in WISH land and give some encouraging vibes and hugs to those that have gained. That can be so frustrating but you are here and sticking to your plans and that's all that matters.
I am happy to say I lost 2 pounds this week! Cutting out the desserts at night, even though they are allowed on SBD has really made a difference, I feel. I'm just one pound from my 35 pound clippie and hope to grab it next week.
Have a good week everyone and may we all report a lose next week!

I mantained this week. But considering I ate everything under the sun yesterday, I'm ok with that.
Today I'm back on track. :)

Boy, am I ever getting good at this "maintenance thing" ... too bad I'm not at my goal weight where I'm supposed to be maintaining :p
I think the Jan-Feb blahs are just about over ... I notice a real difference in the air these days. And even as the freezing rain was pelting us in our faces while we did a 5 mile walk on Saturday morning, I kept telling myself that this too shall pass, and spring will be here soon :)
Here's hoping next week will be "downward" for us all !

I'm up 1/2 pound. I stopped counting my carbs, and starting guessing/estimating last week. Needless to say, I'm back to counting today! I'm going to up my exercise this week - my goal is 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week.
I'm pretty pround of myself in spite of the slight gain - I was at a birthday party that only served fruit, pizza and cake and I had not a bite of any of them! The chef happily made me an "Atkin's Special" and it wasn't even on the menu - a burger (no bun) and a generous serving of lettuce and tomato.

I'm down about 1.5 pounds this week. I was really excited because when I checked on Thursday I had gained 3 pounds. Maybe the earths gravitational pull was extremly high that day.

Congrats to all who have lost and maintained! I lost 1.5 lbs this week. Only .5 to go to reach 10lbs. YEA!!! I have 13 weeks till my disney trip So IF I lose 1 lb a week I'll be one lbs above my goal.
Sounds easy on paper but boy it's hard work to get off that 1lb!!!
We can do it We can do it We can do it!!!!!!!

Forgot to check in yesterday, I was busy with getting my reservation changed with the new visa codes that I did not post.
.
I gained a pound this week, I was bad this weekend, ate a few things I should not have, like popcorn at the movie theater. Oh well back on track yesterday, so hopefully I will lose a few this week.

I don't have my official Weight Watchers Weigh In until Thursday, but I actually started my plan on Tuesday. So I weighed myself today and my own personal weight loss is 3 pounds!
I'll might post again on Thursday when they weigh me.

:hyper: Yippee! 3 pounds gone this week. I was thisclose to a new clippie, but I guess that will wait until next week. Only one pound to go - and 6 pounds to that beautiful BLUE clippie. I WILL get there! What a great start to the No Foolin' Around challenge for me - just the boost I needed. I might even make my goal this time! :p
Everything's going pretty well right now. I'm still a little nervous about the slowdown in my weight loss (at least over the past couple of weeks), and I'm not sure if I should change my eating plan at all, or just keep on going right now. We'll see what happens next week. I definitely plan to keep pushing the water, setting myself goal of 6 bottles/day (~100 oz).
I'm also going to try and cut back on the number of caesar salads I seem to be eating lately - suddenly it has become my default choice, because I love the taste, but I keep conveniently forgetting about all the calories! While I'm not going to avoid them, my plan is to choose garden salads more often, and ALWAYS ask for the dressing on the side. It doesn't always work as well for caesar salads, but I can still enjoy the taste with only half the dressing.
I can't believe it, but I'm going to reach 200 days of exercise in a row on Friday. How did that happen? It must have been all the fabulous support I've found here on WISH. :grouphug: I am grateful every day for finding such a healthy, supportive, and fun place to share my journey. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Have a wonderful day! :sunny:

I'm up 1/2 pound this week, but I can't complain. I lost six pounds in the 2 weeks prior to this and that's very unusual for me. I didn't do as well with my exercise last week, only exercised twice, so I'm sure that contributed also. This week I'm back on the exercise track, so hopefully things will be better.:D
  to all and :wizard: for a great week.
Wow! You guys really do a lot of time on the treadmill! That is wonderful!!!! :) :)
I really have to add time to my treadmill. I'm on it for 20 minutes and get so bored! It is in my basement where we no longer have cable :( and the light is not too bright for reading. I was thinking about using the Itsy Bitsy Booklite try to read a magazine. Maybe that will help. I'm also on the treadmill around 5-5:15 am before work and before I give the kids breakfast. I leave the house at 6:25 am and then my husband gets the kids ready for school and out. Anyway, I find it easier to do the treadmill before work rather than after since the kids haven't seen me all day and I'm tired. Maybe I'll have to wake up at 4:50 am get on the treadmill by 5 am and do at least 30-45 minutes like you guys. If I want to loose another 8-10 pounds by April 1 it may be what I have to do. Moving it somewhere else is not an option.

AprilN - AWESOME job on the exercise. You are a real inspiration to all of us!::yes::
I am pleased to report a 2 lb loss this week. That means the 1.5 lb I gained last week is gone, plus another .5 lb. This is going a little slower than I had first hoped, but it is going so I am happy about that. I have been on this WOE for 7 weeks now and lost 8 lbs. If I keep this up, the 20 lbs by July 1 will be very reachable.
Good job everyone. If you were a gainer, take hope from me that you can be a loser next week!
Sorry to have been away from WISH so much lately. I have been going to school but that has just finished so I hope to be back reporting my losses and hopefully not too many gains!
Today I lost 3 lbs.! I'm at 74.4 now and so want to get the 75 clippie next week so I'll try to be really good!!!
Congratulations to all you great losers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that nasty scale said I was up 2 lbs - I refuse to think that it is real "fat" cause I've been good, good, good ;) So I'm blaming the BF ! But the good news is I put on a skirt today that I haven't worn for about a month and it was loose! so if I'm losing inches I'm okay with that !
Great job everyone and keep up the hard work!

I held my own this week - attempting to get into maintenance mode, though I would still like to lose just a couple more pounds to be a safety buffer. I was down .2 lb this week. I was totally ok with that since having some up days with food. Even keel is good. We had a nice discussion at WW meeting today about "awards". At WW we get stickers, magnets, keychains, baubles for the keychains etc to celebrate milestones. Kind of like the clippie upgrades here on WISH. We were saying it isn't how big the tangible thing is for the award, it is the recognition that you made a milestone. Everyone deserves a pat on the back for something good, no matter how small the accomplishment!!! That is one reason I like the WISH board too - we celebrate each other's milestones!! Our substitute leader today said she wants to write to WW to make up "ALMOST" stickers to give out. You know when you are .2lbs away from a goal, but don't want to take off your socks and underwear to get on the scale - you are ALMOST there!! We have lots of those in our group - so close you can almost taste it. You all know what that is like. Someone should make up an ALMOST clippie - for when you have been sitting on that 15 lb clippie for weeks, and just can't quite trade up yet... ;-)
Have a great week everyone!!!!

Congratulations to everyone who posted here this week, we're all winners, even if we are not all losers this week!! :)
I think the WF must have paid a visit to my house this week, because I am down 5lbs!! This means that I was able to trade up for a new clippie :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc I have now lost over 100lbs, 21 before I started WISH and 80lbs with WISH :hyper:
I hope that everyone has a great week. Onward and downward :grouphug:

Welcome to WISH, Valerie! I'm sure you'll like it here. :)
Catherine, I am amazed! I've got a lot of weight to lose, so seeing someone else lose that much is an inspiration that will keep me going!
As for me, I'm down 2 pounds from the last time I checked (about two weeks ago.) That's after a bad week of cheating (around Valentine's Day) and another 8 days of being back on plan, so I'm satisfied. I need to keep going!
Congratulations to everyone this week! Onward and downward!

Congrats everyone! I just rejoined so I won't weigh in again until next week, but I wanted to check out all of this weeks successes. Those clippies look great on you all! This thread is such a motivation - losers, maintainers and gainers alike. You're positives vibes have got me moving!
Keep it up! I hope to be joining all of the losers next week.

Congrats to all the posters. I'm back. Had a rough holiday season (It lasted 3 months. lol) but now I am back on track. Lost 2.4 this week and 11.4 since starting Weight Watchers again 4 weeks ago. I was up 5ibs from my original starting point so after I lose 4 more I will start adding to my clippie. Now I am starting to exercise again and feel better. Will not get to onerland by spring but hopefully by summer.
