My treadmill is fixed! :bounce: Treadmill Man arrived at 8am and had it going in 10 minutes, hurray! Did 47 minutes with a warm-up and cool down, mixing it up with incline and speed and hit the 300 calorie mark. Felt really good......

I did a 55 minute Firm Cardio Sculpt routine. AND, dum, dah, dum, dum! Finally can claim my 10 lb clippie. I've been flirting with it for a couple of weeks now and I can officially say I've hit it (I'm consistantly showing a 10, 11 or 12 lb weight loss). YIPPEEE!!!!!

Congratulations Cinderelli! I'm flirting with my next clippie, too! I'm not going to grab it yet though. I want to be sure I'm really there. I can't handle the guilt that comes when I go up a pound or two after i've grabbed it.

Yup I did exercise! 45 minutes of strenght training. The best part is, I'm not sore!:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Keep the Faith!

My friend I run with and I set some Spring/Summer goals and finally came noticed that here in GA spring is in the air! We are backing off of our runs a little (only did 2 miles on the track yesterday) and we are going to start adding slowly because not only do we have fitness/weightloss goals in mind but our annual run in the ATLANTA PEACHTREE ROADRACE is coming up faster than we expected (6.2 mile run with some BIG hills on the 4th of July, so far yet so close). Registration is always right around St. Patricks Day and they provide a training schedule that we are never able to follow, so we are starting to get ready NOW  We have decided for every day that we miss we add a quarter mile to the next run so even though I am running today, my friend won't be joining me untill Sunday so it's 2.25 miles Sunday and we are thinking about just going ahead and doing 2.5 because we were already up to 3-3.5 so we don't want to back off too much  Congrats to all who exercised! Keep up the good work and STAY motivated!!! :hyper:

Great job folks! Dee, hang in there. I was trying for a 5lb clippie after working really hard for a couple weeks, but no can do:mad: I am very disappointed, but after reading how everyone is keeping it going, I will too....So it's time to start the Saturday thread. Hope to see you there!

I got a 15 minute brisk walk in at lunch time, boy I missed doing that, its been a long winter. I am able to go about a block farther than I could during the fall so the WATP tapes are obviously helping.
In the evening I did the 3 mile WATP tape.

I jogged 2.8 miles in 37 minutes. Trying to get down to 35, then I'll add another 5 minutes or so.
