Hi there, everyone. :sunny:
I find the challenges on this board to be really motivating, and now that the Valentine's Day challenge is complete - I need a new one! :teeth: I thought April Fool's Day would be a good end date, as that will be 6 weeks from yesterday.
So, what do you think? Are you ready to stop "foolin' around" :p and start making it happen? (Not to imply that others are fooling around here on WISH, it's just a silly title...) Then join the challenge! Post to this thread with your goal for the challenge (keep in mind it will be six weeks long) and look for the first check in thread next Thursday, and every Thursday until April 1.

(2/22/04) All right! This is awesome!!! Here's a list of all the participants, with their goals. Let me know if anything is incorrect, or if you want to change your goal.
I'm going to color code the names based on your progress (sounds silly, but why not) based on the WISH clippies: we all start with purple, then gold for 25%, green (platinum won't show up) for 50%, blue for 75%, and RED for GOAL!
Don't forget to check in with your first week's progress on Thursday (or whenever you check in) - I'll change the title of this post and move it to the top of the board, and just reply with your weigh-in. Remember, NO FOOLIN' AROUND! :crazy: Let's make it happen!

I love to do these challenges, so thanks April for coming up with a new one. I'm going to make my goal 10 lbs. With another 10lbs of fat gone forever I'll be able to claim my 85lb clippie :hyper:

I'm in, this will be my first challenge. I am not starting WW for 3 more weeks (until I have my 6 week checkup), but until then I am focusing on drinking my water and lite exercise at least every other day. I will be happy with losing 5 pounds by April 1st. That will put me 5 pounds less than my preprenancy weight and give me my first clippie!!!

i'm in! i've never done a challenge before, so may as well join now! :hyper:
if it's 6 weeks, i'd like to set a modest goal of 5 pounds (i'm a slow loser), but i'd like to start from whatever i weigh in at tomorrow (my normal weigh in day). so i'll edit this post tomorrow morning for my "goal weight".
how exciting, i hope this helps keep me on track :bounce:
is that okay? or will i have to weigh in on thursdays as well?
edit: ok, my start weight is 133, so 5 pounds would put me at 128. i hope i can do it!!

I forgot to mention earlier that my goal is 12 pounds. :p
bubie2.5, how many pounds are you away from 25? I've found with these challenges it's easiest to track progress with regards to the amount of weight you want to lose. Then, when everyone checks in, they can report "2/10" if they've lost 2 pounds, etc. Are you 10 pounds away, or less? Just let me know. And good luck, of course! :D
marsh0013, 5 pounds sounds great. You can still keep your challenge goal at 5 pounds, and start from tomorrow's weigh in. And you can use whatever weigh-in date you like (I'll be using my weigh-ins on Tuesdays), and post it to the check-in thread whenever you like (Thursdays, Saturdays, or whenever). It will be kinda like the WISH weekly check-in thread: it gets posted on Sunday, but people check-in during the week as they weigh in.
I'm planning to try and keep everything in this thread, just changing the title and stats once a week, so I'll do my best to keep track of everyone's progress, whenever they check in!

Count me in too. I want to set my goal for 6 lbs gone. That will make me meet my first mini goal of 10% body-weight gone!(21 lbs total) Then I can look forward to the next mini goal. I was in a stall for a few weeks, so I don't want to set my goal too high and get depressed if things slow down again.

I love challenges, I did not make my goal for Valentine's Day, so I will keep this goal reasonable. I would like to lose 6 pounds, I need 5 to get to Onederland so 6 will make me feel even better.

I'm in! I would like to stop fooling around and get back to serious weight loss. These 1/2 and 1 pound per week losses are fine but I need to kick it up a notch. I plan on taking off 10 more pounds, that sounds reasonable and keeping my "treats" to once per week. That's going to be a tough one for me because I can have dessert every night with SBD but I think it's slowing me down.
Okay, to recap: 10 pounds and a once a week treat for me by challenge end on April 1! This is going to be fun and it will be even better doing this together with my WISH buddies!

Count me in! I need a little motivation right now. I am really feeling "fat" this week and I hate it.
I am going to reach the goal my Dr. set by April 1st. I will lose 12 pounds! I am not sure if it is my goal yet but it is a goal!!!

I think an official "challenge" may be just what I need to get myself back on track! I was off to a decent start, (1.2 pounds in week one) then "life" happened, and a multitude of things caused me to stumble. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost anymore either. So lets see......6 weeks? If I stick to my plan, realistically I think I can do a 5 pound loss (another slow loser here....)

Thanks for such a great idea. I am definately in! I began watching what I eat and exercising in earnest on Monday, Feb. 9th and only weigh myself on Saturdays so I don't go crazy over little ups and downs. So I will check tomorrow to see where I am at (hoping to earn my first 5lb clippie although I may be just shy of it) I have set my goal for 6 lbs in 6 weeks, which should give me a 10lb clippie. Cool!

PSS DH also took my daughter and I to dinner the other night, and although I said I didn't want any, proceeded to order my favorite double chocolate cake with three forks. I didn't take a bite, and didn't ruin the fun for them, but I was secretly disappointed that he would push it when he knows how hard I am trying. I think mabe he's threatened, as he really should be trying to drop a few too! Thanks for letting me vent.:tongue:

Im in all!.........current weight is 165 and would love to lose at least 10 pounds by then! My valentines challenge was nuts thought I could lose too much too fast. 10 pounds in six weeks sounds reasonable.
so 155 would be goal weight!

I've never done a challenge before and boy, do I need one! I am going to set what I think is a reasonable goal for me personally (slow loser) so I'll weigh-in Monday and I'll set my goal for 6 lbs, if I lose more GREAT, if I only lose 6 lbs I'm fine with that too! Thanks for setting up a challenge (it's perfect for me as my anniversary is April 5th, DD#2 B-day April 9th, Easter April 11th, and membership to the pool sometime in April, so boy do I need a challenge!!!:eek: :eek: ).

Okay, I'm in too! I didn't make my Valentines goal, so I set the bar a little lower this time so that I can hopefully make goal this time around. I am going to go for an 8lb loss. That would also give me my 15 lb clippee. I think 8 lb is definitely challenging for me, but doable!;)

K, I'm in! I've definitely been "foolin' around" this last week! I've never done a challenge before and I really think this will help me reach my goals. I will be in DW when the challenge concludes, but I'd still like to join in on the fun and motivation. I have 6.6 lbs. to lose in 5 weeks to meet my goal for my trip, so I will just say 7lbs. for the challenge, since I don't anticipate losing any the last week! :)

okay I don't know if I can make this goal or not but I want to lose 11 lbs to get my 25 lb clippie. I'm at 14 lbs now gone in 4 weeks.
Crossing fingers I can make this goal. Mentally I had been thinking about Easter (4/11 I think) and really wanted to be at 25lbs gone by then.

Hi, everyone! I'd like to join you guys with this Challenge. I dropped out of the last challenge I joined & am motivated to get back on track. I'd like to lose 10 pounds so I can earn "back" my shiney 30 lb. clippee. My weight today is 216, so that would put me at 206. Thanks for starting this new challenge. It's just what we needed. :)

I'm in! I've been stuck at the same weight for a while now, & I'm finding it tough to stay motivated. I did not make my Valentines Challenge goal, but at least it helped me stay on track. I'm going to set my goal at 5 lbsd gone for this challenge, & there's going to be NO FOOLIN AROUND for me! I really want to get off this plateau I've been stuck on & this challenge sounds like a good way to do it.

I'm another one who didn't make the Valentines Day goal, so I will lower my expectations, because I am nearing final goal, and the weight is just so stubborn now.
I will go for 5 pounds by then! That will get me my 55 pound clippie, and leave me with 3 more to goal.

Down to 5 #'s gone today!! I'll wait until Thurs. to be sure it stays off. Put on a pair of slacks that I bought after xmas because everything was cutting off circulation at my waist. They are rather loose and I think they were tighter 2 weeks ago. Found a recipe for no-carb pizza
4oz cream cheese
4 eggs
1/4 cup fresh (not powdered) parmesan cheese
pizza sauce or doctored up tomto paste
3 C shredded motz
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Beat cream cheese and eggs til smooth, add parmesan and spce, Spray 9x13 pan well. Put 2 cups of motz in the bottom , pour the egg mix over. Squish around to mix. Bake at 375 for 30 min. spread on pizza sauce,,sprinkle on remaining motz.Add pepperoni, sausage, peppers, mush etc. Bake 10 more minutes un

I've been off the WISH boards, reading trip reports actually. (Very funny BTW) I just saw this. Maybe this is the kick in the pants that I need.
OK. Let's see. 5 weeks and 2 days for me, so............how about 15 pounds. Does that sound like too much? I have A LOT of weight to lose, so if I stick to plan I should lose about 3 lb. per week.

I would love to get in on this challenge too. Today is my first day and I would love to get off to a good start with some motivation. I'll make my goal 12 lbs. by 4/1/04 that would get me half way to my mini goal of 25 lbs. I hope it is not too late to join in.

I'm leaving for a cruise on April 1 and want to loose 8 pounds prior to the cruise. I will challenge myself to loose 10! It will be difficult in a little over a month but I am determined. I have been on the treadmill and seriously watching my WW points although I can't figure out the Popcorn anymore. Whatever points I have left at the end of the day, is what my lite popcorn is for a snack at night LOL :) I wish everyone luck!! :) :)

I'm also excited because I made three pounds disappear this week - which puts me at 3/12 for the challenge, and I get to go GOLD! Oh yeah! :cool:

Ok, I'm a week late here but that's OK - I just got my 10 pound clippie today and I've lost 12.5 pounds total so far - soo my goal by April 1 is to lose another 10. That would be 22.5 total. If I can lose just two pounds a week for the next 5 weeks I'll be able to accomplish that goal. I hope that I can do that. Thanks for the extra motivation. -- ::MinnieMo

Thanks for the challenge April. It's just the kick that I needed. The spring challenge wasn't going to work for me (just too far to go) so this one was great.
MHopkins2 - don't worry about it. You couldn't have gained 5 lbs of FAT, I bet it will come off in a matter of a few days if you stick to your plan. You'll be OK.

I was up 1/2 pound this week. :( Not a good start to the challenge, but I wasn't really surprised. I've had good losses for the last 2 weeks and that hardly ever happens. Hopefully next week will be better.

I've had a really good week!! ::yes:: I survived my DD's birthday party and all the yummy food and birthday cake that went along with it :hyper: I've also been making cakes with my DD's and I was able to just eat one little cake. Previously cake had been one of my biggest downfalls so I have indeed made progress!
I lost 5lbs this week, so that puts me at 5/10, so I'm already half way to my goal. I was also able to get a new clippie :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

It sounds like everyone is off to a great start. I am very excited to be checking in for the very first time. I started late in the challenge but I have lost 4lbs. since Monday. I've been stuck for so long that I can hardly believe I've lost 1 lb so far on this challenge! :sunny: I knew I'd break through that plateau sooner or later. This shows me that persistence & sticking to my plan do pay off. :teeth: I was also able to wear a smaller pair of jeans yesterday. They are supposed to be the same size as the ones I've been wearing, but they had been way too tight until now. I just measured my waist & found that it's 1 inch smaller! :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Pulled the scale back out of the cabinet just for today, and I found I have lost 1.5lbs. :p So you can put me down as
1.5/6. It really helped having this challenge for motivation, and I am glad I went with 1lb per week, which is reasonable for me and not overwhelming. It makes it easier to take it a day at a time and enjoy the big picture at the end. Thanks everyone!:wave2:

I did loose 2 pounds in the last week and a half but I just signed up for Wish yesterday so does that mean I have to start my week yesterday? Did that make sense? So, if I started yesterday, I didn't loose anything :(

Hi everyone!
I cheated and weighed myself this morning. I'm down 1 pound and considering TOM starts any time now and I'm using heavy weights in my workouts - I'm pretty pleased. That makes my total loss 35 pounds! I won't claim my 35 pound clippie just yet because my usual weigh in is Sunday. So my stats are: 1/10 so far and hopefully I'll be able to report more after my official weigh in on Sunday.
Note to self: Stay off the scale!!!! :)
Everyone is doing a great job! I hope we can get a total of weight lost at the end of the challenge to see how well we WISHers have done. I may not reach my 10 pound goal but it's still fun trying!

js, since you just started this challenge yesterday, I would start with your weight from yesterday (or close to it), and base your challenge goal off of that weight. Oreo-free for a week ... and I'm still breathing! Hooray! I've lost 2 pounds this week, so I guess that's 1/15? (Am I doing this right ... I want to lose 30 pounds overall. Hi iluvtink - congrats on your lose! The way the challenge works (someone please correct me if I am wrong) is that you decide how much you think you can lose from when you start the challenge until it ends on April 1, which is about 5 weeks. I want to lose 10 pounds (2 pounds per week) and I've lost 1 so far this first week so that means 1 pound toward my 10 pound goal or 1/10 for me. You have to decide how much you think you can lose by the end of the challenge. I think my 10 pound goal may be a bit ambitious but it's fun trying anyway!

Hi everyone! I was not off to a good start. After my great success on the Valentine's challenge I kind of relaxed my eating and then I had a few functions and I gained 2.5 pounds....yikes! I have taken off two of the 2.5 I gained, so I am still .5 over what I started this challenge at, but that won't last for long. Hopefully by next weeks checkin I will be down and showing a loss once again.

Disappointed to report I am still the same as last week, so there's no change in my report. I am still 1.5/6 :( Oh well, at least I was able to get into my size 12 Levis jeans for the first time in a along time, and they aren't tight. So maybe I am turning fat to muscle :) Hopefully I'll be able to report a loss next week!

hehehehe! That's more than my 6th grade daughter!:teeth: She weighs a whopping 62 lbs soaking wet! She oblivously doesn't take after her mother - she's a stick!!! I only hope she doesn't face the same challenges with her weight that I have always had to deal with.:rolleyes:
Now, as for check in, I am sorry to say I had a .5 lb gain on the week. I am very disappointed with this, since I stayed OP and exercised 3 times during the week. While I am discouraged, I REFUSE to give up this WOL!!!:Pinkbounc It has to come off eventually, right???!!:( So April, put me down as .5/8 this week. I'm down 1.4 this week, which actually puts me at 0.6/7 for the challenge after a disappointing gain last week. I'm determined to do better this coming week! :)
Well it's been quite a week here. My DD3 started out the week with strep throat and on Wed ended up in the hospital with pneumonia for 3 days. I tried to stay on target but it sure was hard in the hospital especially since I was so tired and feeling kind of sick myself. All I felt like eating was the stuff I shouldn't. I did still lose 2 lbs. more, although at one point I think I was down more like 5 more. I will try to get back on track on Monday so hopefully next week will be better.

I have to admit I have been avoiding this post! I seem to be losing inches as I have just gotten into pants I couldn't wear comfortably a couple of weeks ago, but the scale is not moving at all, so I am not contributing much to this challenge so far. TOM is now approaching and I am hoping once it passes I will be able to see the scale move. But for now I have to be content with the inches. Keep up the good work all!

now keeping in mind I had a stomach virus for 1/2 day Sat and all day Sunday but when I weighed in today (my usual day) I am down another 4 lbs. WOO HOO!!!
That's 23 lbs total since 1/20/04 (if the last 4 lbs stay off)
So I'm 9/11 for my 4/1 goal (too funny 9/11 is my birthday too)
Grabbed a new 20lb clippie
don't want to shoot myself in the foot but maybe I'll get one of those pretty gold 30 lb clippies for Easter instead of the 25 lb one which was my goal for 4/1.

i forgot to check in for my second check in. i weighed in on sat, march 6. i was down 1 pound for the week. which means since i was up .5 the week before, i'm down a cummulative .5 pounds.
i expect a gain this week, since i had an unexpected week of overnight babysitting come up, and i'm not counting points. so oh well. at least i'm down .5 for now :)

Great job this week! Almost everyone checked in again, and you're all doing super! Even if the scale didn't move in the right direction, just checking in with your support group here at WISH is always a positive step. :grouphug:
What a bunch of losers we are! :p Together we've made 130.2 pounds disappear forever. Wow! 16 people have gone GOLD, 11 have reached GREEN, and 2 WISHERs have turned BLUE! Way to go!
I (somehow) managed to make another 4 pounds disappear this week, which convinced me to raise my goal for the challenge. :)

I've lost 3lbs this week, that puts me over my goal at 12/10. I've decided to go ahead and change my goal for the challenge from 10lbs to 15lbs. That would enable me to claim my 90lb clippie.

Another week of maintenance....drat drat and double drat!! I am cutting out my morning piece of 3 net carbs toast, working out more, and getting my foods back to induction, maybe that will kick me back to losing!! I always heard the last 10 were the hardest, I just never GOT how hard it was going to be!!
It is always inspiring for me, to see all the successes here!! Great job everyone!! Let's root for the "whoosh fairy"!!!

hmmm... since I joined this challenge, I guess I had better check in. I was quite pleased, as I was down 3 lbs... since this challenge started. Leaving only 3 to go to reach my goal (mini-goal). But I haven't done very well lately. My grandmother has been very ill... and being stressed about that... I've lost my motivation. HOWEVER... no excuses... I did do my workout today...and will weigh in tomorrow to see if I've kept off the weight or if it's creeping back on. We are headed out tomorrow for WDW... DH thought I could use a break from reality. what a guy :) I'm going to try very hard to stay on plan...and DH is a big walker and plans on making me walk every morning. LOL thought I'd get enough walking in anyway...not good enough for him. He's making sure that all the hotels we stay at during our travel times have fitness centers. I think w/ him in my corner I will "hopefully" not gain while at WDW. I might not lose, but I refuse to gain. Will let you know how things go when we get back. Thanks everyone.

It looks like you guys have been doing well while I've been gone. I missed the first two check ins because I was on the Disney Wonder and then in WDW. I was able to maintain while I was there. After last week's disappointing .5lb drop, this week has gone much better. I lost 3.5lbs, which brings me to a total of 5/6 gone. TOM is due next week or so, so I know I'll have to work hard to keep this off. I really want to get another 1lb off for next week so I can grab the 10lb clippie.
I have noticed a pattern in my weight loss- I don't drop much every week, but do drop every other week. I guess my body hangs on for a week or so before giving it up! This helps me stay motivated even when the scale says I'm getting nowhere.

I gained a pound! I am hoping it is because of it being my time of the month. I will know Monday when I weigh myself again.

I just have to post again to thank everyone for the support I've found here at WISH. I am at the point where I am feeling so much better about myself, and it's making a difference in my relationships with my DH and DDs. Good morning, everyone. I'm here to report that I'm still the same for this challenge--5/10. I haven't lost an ounce, but then again, I haven't gained any either. I've just passed through the TOM Danger Zone and making it through without a gain is a huge milestone for me--I don't think it's ever happened! Hopefully next week I'll see a downward shift in the scale, but whatever happens I'll just keep plugging along. . .

No loss for me this week, but that's OK. I went for my 6 week check-up yesterday and got the OK to start WW and start exercising, so I should start seeing the scale move downward (I hope!!).

I wasn't able to get to my Weight Watchers meeting this week, so I don't have any info to report this week. My scales are showing a loss, but I usually use the "official" WW number, so I'll just wait til next week to report. No loss but no gain either. i kind of bounced around this week ??? Down to 206(steady) from 211. 5/11 so far. I was 203 on Sunday . Not sure what happened. Need to be sure to drink the H2O and get moving. I am hopeful. If I make my goal I will be in ONErland!!!

Sorry I'm a little late today - but at least I finally made it. Wow, everyone is still going strong on the challenge! We even have our first GOAL makers this week - congratulations to JulieK and js! We also have 5 challengers who have reached BLUE, 19 WISHers who turned GREEN, and 8 who made it to GOLD. This fabulous group has made 179.2 pounds disappear forever! Way to go! :teeth:
I'm happy to report that another 3 pounds have left my body forever - so I'm only pound away from my goal. Hooray! :)

I stalled out this week so I remain at 5/6. I am glad I didn't hurt our totals.:teeth: But I am claiming a moral victory, because TOM has arrived and I didn't gain, despite the increase in appetite this past week (especially chowing down those carbs) but I was able to maintain by keeping up with the exercise. I am hoping for the Woosh Fairy for next Thursday!

Posting late as I have been down with the flu bug. I weighed myself Wednesday and I had lost 2 more pounds so that makes me 5/6.
I weighed myself today and was down some more but I know once I am back to eating normally I will probably gain that back so I am not counting those pounds.

Sorry I haven't ben checking in, I've been feeling really discouraged since I haven't been losing. Hopefully the plateau has been broken because I am down 1/6. I am pretty sure I won't make goal but I am excited that I have stuck with it the whole time, exercised 5-6 days per week and am keeping it up because "It's a lifestyle change, not a diet." I have no idea why I haven't been losing I have been eating totally vegan, with mostly fruits and veggies very low carbs/grains like pasta and bread during the week and might splurge and have a little chicken during the weekend, and have been working out like a addict so hopefully Whoosh will be visiting soon :confused: Congrats to all of you who have met your challenge goal I am so excited for you!!! Hopefully I'll need a couple of pounds to show in the last few check-ins!

I'm excited to report that I have lost 2.5 pounds this week. That brings me to 8/10 and I just might make my goal. I had resigned myself to the fact that I wasn't going to make it and I was fine with that. I have a personal excercise challenge and use lots of weights with my work outs and I have been losing very slowly the past 4-6 weeks but I think things are picking up now.

Well, I haven't checked in for a while because the news wasn't good. After gaining a 1/2 lb each of the last two weeks, this week I finally lost!!! I am down 2.5 for this challenge. So that makes me 2.5/8. Not much chance of making goal, but that is okay. I am just thrilled to have finally broken through my plateau. And I only need another 1/2 lb to claim my 10 lb clippee. Maybe I can at least get that for April 1st!!:tongue:

I am not contributing too much to this challenge, I have mastered the art of maintaining and I am not even at goal. I can only report a .4 loss this week to put me at 1.6/5 for the challenge. But I suppose every little bit counts.

I maintained this week, so I'm still at 4/10. I'm pretty sure I won't lose 6 pounds this week ;) , but I hope to be able to post a little more before the challenge is over. At least I'm 4 pounds better off than when I started, right?? :D

Wow, way to go! So many people have made great progress on this challenge. The list of successful challengers who have reached their goal has grown to 8! Congratulations to catherine, sap1227, helenk, JulieK, famfab5, Hannosmom, js, and, well, me! ;) We also have 7 challengers who turned BLUE, 12 WISHers who reached GREEN, and 10 who made it to GOLD. We've made 219.7 pounds disappear forever - great job one and all!

Sorry, didn't get to check in until now. I can't believe this but I've lost 3 pounds this week. The reason I can't believe it is because it is TOM. It must be my strict adherence to my plan that is doing it. I hope the water weight gain doesn't hit me next week. I have 6 pounds to go, I don't know if I will make it, but I will give it my best. It's possible because I'm on induction (sort of) again, and that usually makes the pounds come off faster.
We'll see what happens.

I just checked in on 3/23 but was so disappointed
I weighed again yesterday and today and guess what
lost that add'l .5 lb bringing my total to 11/11 for the challenge
plus I got my 25 lb clippie
I'm dancing right now I'm so happy

Good work to everyone-we are all hangin' in there. BUT....
UGGGH. I am stuck for the past two weeks! Didn't gain and didn't lose. TOM was here this past week, but I also added some different foods, and in the past two weeks I have added weights to my exercise routine. Maybe I should go back to all cardio all the time until I actually drop all the weight, then add in the weight routine. Oh well, at least my clothes are fitting better. Guess I should buy a tape measure and take the measurements too. At any rate, I am going all out to lose that last *&^% pound for next Thursday. I want that 10lb clippie!

Nothing for me this week, but it is my fault! I did not count points at all last week (don't ask me why--I just didn't??????). I am back on track today and I hope to end this challenge with a good loss!!

I cheated and weighed myself this morning and the scale registered a nice loss! I'm thrilled but don't want to count it just yet. Anything could happen between today and Sunday so I'll weight until my official weigh in day on Sunday to have my stats changed. I am happy that it appears I've reached my challenge goal of losing 10 pounds. I never really expected to lose that much, so I am proud of this accomplishment and so grateful to April for starting this challenge for us!

I am only down .6 since my last check in. That makes me 4.8/5 for the challenge. I am soooo close. I have not lost much but after 2 weeks at Curves, I find I have much more energy. I am hoping that since the weight loss is slow, I will be losing inches. I hope to get my 30 lb clippie next week.

Hey it's me checking in - I'd lost track of this challenge. I believe that I had lost 12.5 pounds when I started this challenge and I have lost a total of 18 pounds at this point. Soo, I don't think I will make it to a total loss of 22 pounds by next Thursday. I have lost 5.5 of the 10 pounds that I wanted to lose. I'm going to kick in some more activity points this week but I'm sick with terrible allergies right now so I don't feel like much right now. Hopefully by the end of the week.

Was so stuck last week at 205 . Nothing moved for 9 days even when I was good. Today I weighed in at 201. Thats 10 #s !! yeah!! Only 2 to Onerland!! My goal now for next week!! And add in some extra running! (1/2 Marathon registrant). It is finally moving and just in time for our warming weather.
